Quite fun sia... and it really works your wrist and forearm. Really really really works it out.. Quite a kick ass rocking toy. Just that if i probably do it everyday my forearm would get freaking huge! haha. But i think manikin sure no problem if you do it every day.
But it really is an ass toy and costs only $5 sing..
